I have ALWAYS love the Word of the Lord~IT IS IN THE BIBLE! Early in my Christian journey, I remember spotting a gentleman carrying a Bible on his way to work! His witnessed was a visual testimony which changed the course of my life. I became curious, "WHY, would this gentleman carry a Bible to work?" There must be something to reading the Bible!

The youth pastor who led me to Christ was a Bible College student. He sold Bibles to support himself. Typically, after offering salvation to a seeker, he would take the time to explain the Bible. Of course, he extended me an opportunity to secure my first Bible from him!

He set me up with my first Nelson Holy Bible, Strong's Exhaustive Bible Concordance and Zondervan's Halley's Bible Handbook and Zondervan's The New Compact Bible Dictionary. These Bible Study tools began my journey on the road to understanding the bible message.

I began to read the Bible daily. Bible reading became a daily diet for me. I grew and then I grew out of these bible study tools, QUICKLY LIKE A PAIR OF SHOES! I became hungry for something stronger!

I journeyed to the bookstore at a neighboring Bible College. There another Bible College student pointed me to the Bible I STILL use today. He advised me, Kirkbride Bible Company's, The Thompson Chain-Reference Bible, IS THE BEST BIBLE to have if you want to MINISTER! It fits like a glove for me and I still wear it daily!

The Lord has been telling me to lead everyone BACK TO THE BIBLE! So I obey and begin here sharing HOW and WHY I LEARNED TO STUDY THE BIBLE! It changed my life and it will do the same for you!
